Missing
Just remembered a Special friend,Every time the month of March arrives... She is excited to mention my natal day..She is more willing to discuss and more often to mention what is our plan for the coming celebration.But now that she is gone,I am missing her most especially on the first day of March.How I wish I could hold on the days that we are together and spend more time to be funny and enjoy the moments. I just wish that she will still planning on my special day and she will be with me on that day,that's only a Wish...But my prayers for her that she will be on peace and resting with so much love with our creator. Missing you sister in blood.

Save Life, Be a Blood Donor
Heard local news this morning, One of Local town TV Station gathered and Organized Blood Letting last week at one known Mall of Davao City.. They had successful activities.
Most of the Donors are also previously helped by Philippine National Red Cross when one of their family or relatives needed blood for transfusion..
And Now they would like to be one of the Donors,They want also to help patients who are need blood donors..
Sometimes the patients and donors are not related...And sometimes the patients did even know their donors and Vice versa some of Donors did not know who will be given of their blood.
Hoping more blood donors be qualified and brave to be Save Life,be Blood Donor.

Aspirants
Blood Donor Aspirants much have a healthy life style.
If possible no vices..So you can donate healthy blood to someone in need.
Got enough sleep and rest in 7 to 8 hours daily..Specially during the week you wish to donate..
Have Normal on Blood pressure, maintain blood sugar level, not anemic.
Healthy in and out!
Take more fluids - water and fresh fruit juice and Vitamins to sustain your body needs.
Stress Free,Please.
No medicines intake or maintenance for ill.
Aspirants should be positive that he or she will pass all Pre-laboratory test as donor.
Your Blood today might help those ill now, and if they survive and healed...
Might this person help our coming generation.
I believe it is a chain reaction....

Last year I missed to donate blood, due to hectic schedules and not in good conditioned every time I attempt to donate...My pretest was failed..Am so dismayed. I hope this year I can make it...hope I can make it this year.. May God grant my wish so that I can help others in need in blood,Good luck!
